Approximately 0.9 mm2 of tissue fragments (5 μm thickness) were collected from FFPE tissue sections of five mouse organs (brain, liver, kidney, spleen, and testis) by LMD. Proteins were extracted, Cy3-labeled, and subjected to lectin microarray analysis. The signal patterns of lectins were selectively verified using lectin staining.
