(a) Statistical analysis suggested that PD-1 positivity on TILs was not significantly correlated with overall survival (OS). The results revealed significant associations between OS and high levels of PD-L1 (b), age (c), TNM staging (d) and GTVnx (e). The cut-off points for PD-L1 and GTVnx were generated from the ROC. Survival analysis used the Kaplan-Meier method. Univariate analysis was performed with a log-rank test. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01.
