Larger nodes represents TFs; grey nodes are network genes that are not affected by DEN or DEN+DR; left and right halves of each node, if colored, denotes genes affected by DEN (left) and DEN+DR (right), respectively; red and blue colors denotes increased and decreased expression, respectively. Direction of change for the DEN group is determined by comparison with the control group; direction of change for the DEN+DR group is determined by comparison with the DEN group.
