In a further analysis of the data presented in Fig. 5, individual topological network modules, highlighted in white in the right panels, are mapped onto the main network, highlighted in red in the left panels. In this figure we illustrate the location and the connection between TNM 1 (A), TNM 2 (B), TNM 3 (C), TNM 4 (D), and TNMs 5–6 (E) within the Sin3-drug network. Filters with norm correlation metric were used (resolution 30, gain 3.0x). Proteins are colored as in Fig. 5.
