Cltc and Lamp1 were marker genes for endocytotic and endosomal/lysosomal pathways in maturation-stage enamel organ overlying four-week-old rat mandibular incisor (a). The expression patterns of Cltc and Lamp1 in renal proximal tubules (b) and gastric submucosal glands (c) from four-week-old rat were stained as references. Red signals were from Lamp1 and green signals Cltc. All slides were counterstained by DAPI before cover slides were applied. The scale bar was 25 μm for all immunostaining images.
