Spectra are of the native PsCODH (), the CO-reduced PsCODH (2 min CO purging []), and the sodium dithionite (DT)-reduced PsCODH (1 min after mixing []). The spectra were recorded in elution buffer containing 250 mM imidazole (pH 8.0). The base-line was adjusted using an elution buffer before recording.
