Optimum (A) pH and (B) temperature of the recombinant PsCODH using 20 μM thionine acetate (TA) as the electron acceptor. The optimum pH was examined at 30 °C using 200 mM phosphate buffer (pH 6.0–pH 7.5). The optimum temperature was determined at the optimum pH shown in Fig. 4A. The experiments were performed in triplicate.
