The glucose consumption was calculated by the reduction of glucose concentrations in culture medium. (A) Glucose consumption (grey) and cell livability percent (blank) in HepG2 cell. (B) Glucose consumption (grey) and cell livability percent (blank) in C2C12 cell. The cell livability percent in each group was compared to that of the blank control group. Each Sample was assayed triply. Data present in a column as the mean ± SD (n = 3). *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01, glucose consumption level, compared to the blank control group. #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01, cell livability percent, compared to the blank control group.
