(a) Application of IH resulted in an enhanced tumor weight and hence increased total number of TAMs, MDSCs and Tregs populations within the tumor, while Ce administration prevented tumor growth and therefore reduced cell numbers. b) No significant differences in cell population density (cells/g of tumor) of TAMs, MDSCs and Tregs were observed amongst different groups.
