Small-angle neutron scattering from LPS (10 mg/ml) in D₂O containing 0.001 to 0.1 M NaCl at pH 7 (a) alone and (b) following incubation (3 h at 37 °C) with OligoG CF-5/20 (20 mg/ml). Circular dichroism spectra of LPS (10 mg/ml) and OligoG CF-5/20 (20 mg/ml) in 0.1 M NaCl at (c) pH 5 and (d) pH 7 were recorded at 37 °C. OligoG CF-5/20 spectra in the absence and presence of 10 mg/ml LPS are shown in blue and red, respectively; the difference of the spectra is shown in green.
