(b) Circular dichroism spectra of 20 mg/ml OligoG CF-5/20 in the presence of 10 mg/ml LPS in 0.10 M NaCl were recorded in the presence and absence of 5 mM Ca2+ at pH 5 and pH 7 at 37 °C; buffer spectra including LPS were subtracted.
