The cells were stained with rhodamine phalloidin. The images indicated that compressive stress did not eliminate typical 3D growth pattern in all groups. MC3T3-E1 cells exposed to 0 (a) and 5 g/cm2 (b) are presented (scale bar: 10 μm).
