Mice were intravenously injected with 3 × 105 B16F10 cells. Twenty-four hours following B16F10 tumor injection, single cell suspensions of lungs were analyzed by flow cytometry. (A) Representative staining for circulatory-type monocytes (CD45+CD11b+Ly6C+) in lungs. Gated on viable CD45+ events. (B) Total numbers of lung monocytes. (C) Proportion of lung monocytes.
