The curves of the magnetic field (H) vs. the magnetization (M) after diamagnetism correction for the ZnO film on Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate under three different conditions (as deposited, vacuum annealing and oxygen annealing) at room temperature, where the magnetic field is applied parallel to the surface of the film. The inset shows the M-H curve for the Pt/Ti/SiO2/Si substrate.
