(b-d) Show the Gaussian fits of the photoluminescence spectra of the ZnO films with the three different conditions. (e) The peak areas of the photoluminescence emissions correlated with three oxygen-related defects (the singly ionized oxygen vacancies (Vo+), the doubly ionized oxygen vacancy (Vo++) and the intrinsic defects of oxygen interstitials (Oi)) for the ZnO films under the three conditions (as deposited, vacuum annealing and oxygen annealing).
