(a) DiI labeled exosomes were injected via tail vein and in vivo distribution of the exosomes were detected by fluorescence microscope. Representative of 3 different experiments. (b–e) Mice were treated with exosomes from control or squeezed gluteal fat and intestinal expression of Musashi1 (b), Lgr5 (c), Cyclin d1 (d), and cMyc (e) was analyzed by RT-qPCR. Relative expression levels are compared with the control (arbitrary value = 1) and presented as mean SEM (three biological replicates with three technical replicates each), *P < 0.05 as analyzed by t test. (f,g) Colon cancer cells were incubated with exosomes from control or squeezed gluteal fat. Cell cycle distribution was analyzed by FACS. Data presented are representative of 3 different experiments.
