(a) Cells were incubated in medium containing NG (5.6 mM), HG (30 mM), and HG in the presence of resveratrol (15 μM) for 48 h. The effects of resveratrol on HG-induced apoptosis were determined by flow cytometry. (b) Quantitative analysis of Annexin V+ PI− and Annexin V+ PI+ podocytes.
