(C,D) Effects of MT-6 on apoptosis in SKOV3 cells. MT-6 increases levels of the cleaved (activated) forms (C) and activity (D) of caspase-3, -8, and -9. Cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of MT-6 for the indicated times, and whole-cell extracts were analyzed by Western blotting.
