(A) JNK inhibition protects against MT-6–mediated inhibition of cell viability. (B) MT-6–induced accumulation of subG1 phase cells was attenuated by cotreatment with the JNK inhibitor SP600125. (C,D) Inhibition of JNK substantially attenuates MT-6–induced caspase activation and PARP cleavage in SKOV3 cells. SKOV3 cells were treated with the indicated concentrations of MT-6 for 48 h, with or without cotreatment with the JNK inhibitor SP600125, then whole-cell lysates were analyzed by Western blotting.
