(b) Enriched functional network of interconnected molecules as integral part of psychiatric disorders found to be targeted by CORT-induced altered miR-218 and miR-124. The intense molecular crosstalk (represented as solid lines for direct relationship) is indicative of target enrichment of the two highly CORT-mediated upregulated miRNAs (shapes of individual molecules are representative of their function) with profound effect on pathways related to psychiatric disorders.
