Females with low NAcc OTR are susceptible to early adversity. After 48 h of cohabitation, the percent of time females spent huddling with their partner over total huddling significantly correlated with NAcc OTR binding in the early-isolated (R=0.779, R2=0.607, P=0.008), but not control (R=0.006, R2<0.0001, P>0.05) females (a).
