  2. aCognitive assessments and clinical evaluations were conducted as part of the broader Simons Foundation 16p11.2 and UCSF Sensory Neurodevelopment and Autism study. Verbal IQ was calculated from the standard verbal reasoning score of the DAS and the verbal comprehension index of the WISC-IV. Non-verbal IQ is calculated from the standard non-verbal reasoning score of the DAS and the perceptual reasoning index of the WISC-IV. Full scale IQ is calculated from general conceptual ability score of the DAS and the full scale IQ composite score of the WISC-IV.
