Call for Perspectives and Comments

IJIR: Your Sexual Medicine Journal invites you to submit a Perspective on any research topic or field of interest of the journal. Perspectives are a great opportunity to present a (provocative) opinion-driven view that can be supported by data and literature, with the goal of sparking debate and stimulating future research.

IJIR is also seeking Comments either on a recent paper published in the journal or on a topical or controversial topic in the field. There really are no limits, as long as it is within the scope of the journal. However, if you are looking for direction, you could write about one of the top-cited papers from 2023-2025:

Rising vasectomy volume following reversal of federal protections for abortion rights in the United States

Assessing ChatGPT’s ability to answer questions pertaining to erectile dysfunction: can our patients trust it?

Detection of microplastics in the human penis

Trends in testosterone prescription during the release of society guidelines

Prescribing semaglutide for weight loss in non-diabetic, obese patients is associated with an increased risk of erectile dysfunction: a TriNetX database study
