Han et.al. report the isolation and characterization of two neutralizing antibodies, C34 and C37, from a convalescent CHIKV patient. These antibodies demonstrate in vitro and in vivo efficacy against Chikungunya virus by targeting an epitope on the E2 protein and blocking the Mxra8 receptor.
