Memristors are a class of emerging electronic devices for in-memory computation systems, which promise to overcome the von Neumann bottleneck in traditional computer architectures. Here, a memristor behavioral model that incorporates real-world non-idealities is developed based on experimental data from existing devices, enabling the simulation and design of memristive circuits and logic functionalities.
