Targeting delivery of antibiotics and antibacterial agents can increase efficacy. Here, the authors develop antibiotic loaded inflammation-targeted fusion vesicles which hitchhike on neutrophils for targeted delivery to treatment bacterial-induced sepsis and pneumonia.
