Elia et al. tag subcortical eloquent sites by co-registering intraoperative photographs and early postoperative MRI data and comparing with a connectome brain atlas. 290 subcortical eloquent sites are identified with 288 intersecting with at least one white matter tract and having a congruent clinical response.
