Parvimonas micra (P. micra) is an oral opportunistic pathogen frequently present in oral lesions and infections. Here, authors report that P. micra promotes oral squamous cell carcinoma metastasis by regulation HIF-1α-induced glycolysis and autophagy following TmpC protein binding to CKAP4 receptor.
