Qian et al. used cardiac magnetic resonance images and electrocardiograms from the UK Biobank and an ischemic heart disease cohort and developed more than 3,500 cardiac digital twins. They demonstrate that the myocardial anatomy causes differences in the QRS duration among sexes while age and body weight alter potassium conductance and myocardial conduction velocity.
