Dynamic ctDNA tracking stratifies relapse risk for triple negative breast cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant chemotherapy

ctDNA is a promising method to monitor tumor burden in triple negative breast cancer. Here, the authors show that ctDNA detection correlated with prognosis after neoadjuvant chemotherapy but not at baseline.

Verticillium dahliae, a soil-borne fungal pathogen, causes vascular wilt in a wide variety of economically important crops. This study reveals a sophisticated pathogenic mechanism of VdUlpB-deSUMOylated enolase to facilate fungal virulence by derepressing the expression of the effector VdSCP8.
