Here the authors reveal ginger-derived exosome-like nanoparticle (GELN) aly-miR159a-3p enhances anti-PD-L1 therapy by increasing microbiota-dependent docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) level thus limiting tumor cell PD-L1 expression.
