Cycling positive electrodes at high voltages leads to structural instability and capacity decay. Here, authors report a cationic defective electrode, Na3.2□0.8Co0.5Fe0.5V(PO3.9F0.1)3, through fluorine doping with enhanced stability, reversible capacity, and fast Na+ (de)intercalation.
