Catalytic-independent functions of the Integrator–PP2A complex (INTAC) confer sensitivity to BET inhibition

Fan, Shang, Song, Chen et al. identify the Integrator–PP2A complex (INTAC) as a key regulator of cancer cell sensitivity to BET inhibitors through directly interacting with the RACK7–KDM5 complex to orchestrate epigenetic silencing in a catalytic-independent manner.

Dissolved black carbon is not likely a significant refractory organic carbon pool in rivers and oceans

Black carbon is a recalcitrant byproduct of biomass burning that ultimately accumulates in oceanic sinks.
