Recently, it has been shown that Co1/3TaS2 hosts a four-sublattice ‘3Q state’, which has a sizable scalar spin chirality and thus a large anomalous Hall effect. Here, Kim et al demonstrate electrical control of this 3Q state via ionic gating.
