Acoustic haptic technology enhances touch interfaces but often relies on opaque, toxic lead-based ceramics. Here, the authors develop a transparent, lead-free piezoelectric device using potassium sodium niobate and conductive oxide films, achieving superior transmittance and effective acoustic resonance, offering a promising alternative for safer, more versatile haptic applications.
