Here the authors report crisprVerse, which enables efficient gRNA design and annotation for methods including CRISPRko, CRISPRa, CRISPRi, CRISPRbe and CRISPRkd, enabled for RNA- and DNA-targeting nucleases, including Cas9, Cas12 and Cas13.
