A Ce-CuZn catalyst with abundant Cu/Zn-O_V-Ce active sites for CO₂ hydrogenation to methanol

Carbon dioxide hydrogenation is an important industrial reaction. Here, the authors design a CeCuZn catalyst through a metal organic framework template for CO₂ hydrogenation to methanol with excellent methanol yield and stability.

Effects of poor sleep on the immune cell landscape as assessed by single-cell analysis

Liu et al. use mass cytometry and single-cell RNA sequencing of healthy human blood samples to obtain a comprehensive human immune cell landscape when sleep duration is reduced. Their findings could provide highdimensional insight into the cellular and molecular mechanisms of pathologic conditions affect by poor sleep.

Drosophila hygrosensation requires the TRP channels water witch and nanchung

Fly antennae possess two sensory receptor cells for humidity: one that responds to an increase, and one to a decrease. It is shown that two transient receptor potential channels are required for this sensory modality. The water witch protein is required to detect moist air and nanchung to detect dry air.
