Employing single-cell multi-omics and organoid technology, lineage specification and early fate determination of small intestinal stem cells is more deeply revealed, showing that Foxa3 influences Paneth cell differentiation by regulating Peroxisome-Proliferator-Activated Receptors (PPARs).
