In this study, the authors have investigated if the implantation of fibrin gel loaded with platelet-rich plasma-derived exosomes is a feasible strategy to treat rotator cuff injuries. In fact, this strategy proved to promote tendon repair and healing outcomes in a rabbit model of rotator cuff injury.
