There is an increasing demand for high sample throughput beyond traditional analytical techniques. Here the authors show that Ultra-high throughput assays, based on the integration of Acoustic Ejection Mass Spectrometry (AEMS) and peptide immunocapture provide precise quantification of inflammation and SARS-CoV-2 proteins with 15x sample throughput compared to LC-MS.
