There is a lack of studies on the impact of landscape fire PM2.5 on cardiovascular health. In this nationwide time-series study, short-term exposure to landscape fire PM2.5 was associated with increased hospital admissions for cardiovascular disease, ischemic heart disease, and ischemic stroke in 184 Chinese cities.
