Perovskite multifunctional logic gates via bipolar photoresponse of single photodetector

The authors present a novel all-in-one optoelectronic logic gates based on the bipolar spectral photo-response characteristics of self-powered perovskite photodetector. Five representative logic gates are demonstrated with only a single detector via photocurrent polarity control.
