In bladder, there is not sufficient power of non-tumor samples compared with the tumor obstructing the discrimination between the conditions, yet the NAT samples are in between the tumor and the healthy tissue. Colon is an exception because of an issue related to the source of the healthy samples. b Deconvolution analysis of the NAT samples using median expression levels of healthy and tumor as references.
