a fCRISPR reveals heterogeneity of chromosomal dynamics of Chromosome 3. To uncover the dynamics information of chromosome loci, we transfected fCRISPR with tdTomato-tDeg reporter targeting to Chromosome 3 in U2OS cells. We observed three fluorescent puncta (white arrowheads) and their movements in the nucleus (white dotted line). The results show that three Chromosome 3 loci have different movement speeds, revealing the heterogeneity of the specific genome loci. the time interval is 0.3 s, the gradient colors of each trajectory represent the from 0 s to 9.9 s.
