Extended table of enrichment profiles (log2, against control ASO lacking BG) in all four settings, differing in the amount of applied total ASO (3–100 nM). For 30 nM and 100 nM total ASO, the amount of BG-ASO (3´+5´mix) was kept constant at 10 nM and filled up to the total amount with control ASO lacking BG. Shown are the values from two replicates with swapped SILAC labeling. Statistically significant changes (p < 0.05) are highlighted in bold. Left table: protein groups significantly enriched in at least one replicate (p < 0.05) with a log2 enrichment of >0.6. Right table: protein groups enriched in both replicates with a log2 enrichment of >0.6. The corresponding Scatterplots are displayed in Supplementary Fig. 7.
