Inhibition of PI3K enhances WNV infection of bone marrow derived macrophages (BMDMs). BMDMs were infected with WNV in the presence of DMSO (None), or various concentrations of 3-methyadenine (3-MA), Wortmannin (WM) and LY294002 (LY) for 24 h.
