Relative expression of COP (A) and IAP (B) genes in neonate larvae exposed to 6 ug/uL dsRNA. The larvae were exposed at 6 ug/uL of dsCOP, dsIAP or dsGFP as a control. Total RNA was isolated on the 5th day after initiation of feeding, and the mRNA levels of COP and IAP were determined using RT-qPCR. Mean + S.E (n = 3–4) are shown. The asterisk denotes treatments that are significantly different (t-test, one-tailed P-value: (A) P = 0.00112, (B) P = 0.001).
