Coloured blocks indicate the amino acid positions of the following domains: dehydratase (DH), keto-reductase (KR), phosphopantetheine-binding acyl carrier protein (ACP), β-ketoacyl synthase (KS), keto-reductase (KR) and phosphopantetheine-binding acyl carrier protein (ACP). Predicted 3D models are coloured by rainbow from N to C terminus. Helices in the secondary structure represent α-helices, arrows indicate β-strands and faint lines indicate coils. For the three consecutive domains of ACP the predicted protein model has been shown once.
