The populations of inflammatory cells in epididymal white adipose tissue analysed by flow cytometry. The numbers of leukocytes, CD64 F4/80 + macrophages, CD11c− CD206− macrophages, CD11c + M1, CD206 + M2, dendritic cells, eosinophils, neutrophils, T cells, B cells, CD4 + T cells, regulatory T cells, the Treg/CD4 + T ratio, and F4/80-CD137 + beige adipocytes per fat (epididymal white adipose tissue) (n = 4 per group). The data were analysed by the Mann–Whitney U test. *Significant differences (p < 0.05).
