Changes in intracellular dNTP pools in MDA-MB-231 following CT transfection. EvaGreen-based assay for dNTPs using 197-nt templates was carried out for quantification of dNTP pools in MDA-MD-231 cells after CT transfection (1.25 μg/5 × 105 cells).
